Cancellation Policy

Hey all my lovely peeps! I’m alerting you with some import information. The time has come that Starting May 01 I will be requiring a deposit for all appointments.


The deposit is 25% of your total services. It is not refundable if you cancel your appointment. It’s nontransferable if you reschedule 48 hours or less before your appointment time.


The booking site gives you a confirmation at the time of booking, and 3 more reminders leading up to your appointment with the last being 72 hours in advance.


No shows will result in 100% charge of the service total. Canceling/refuting the now show charges or Not paying your no show service invoice will result in being banned for future appointments. 2 no shows means you can no longer book without paying in full before your service.


At the time of service your deposit will be applied and your remaining balance will be due.


If you need to reschedule your appointment and it’s more than 48 hours in advance your deposit will transfer. If you need to reschedule and it’s 48 hours or less you will be required to pay another deposit fee to reschedule.


If you schedule through me via text, email, in the salon, or thru messenger you will be required to confirm your appointment within 24 hours. To complete your confirmation you are required to pay the deposit at that time. Those who don't complete this step within 24 hours will be subject to their appointments being canceled.
